Counselling and Trainings

My training includes an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Human Services, as well as a Master’s in Counselling from City University in Victoria. I am currently awaiting my RCC designation through the BCACC. I have completed training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Phase 2 Brainspotting, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), along with additional training and experience in working with grief, addictions, ADHD, and trauma. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed, person-centred approach, and I draw from narrative and feminist perspectives, while also integrating somatic and nervous system–focused, bottom-up approaches. I hold space for the role of spirituality where it feels meaningful, and I continue to deepen my learning so I can support clients in ways that are thoughtful, responsive, and rooted in care.
