Individual Therapy—50 Minutes

Individual counselling is a one-on-one space shaped around your unique needs and goals. Our work may include trauma-focused approaches, somatic exploration, or talk therapy, depending on what feels most supportive. Together, we move at your pace and find a path that feels right for you. Sliding scale is available.
IFS or Brainspotting
$150
IFS or Brainspotting sessions offer a more focused, in-depth approach to healing. Whether we are working with different parts of yourself through IFS or accessing deeper processing through Brainspotting, these modalities allow us to gently connect with and move through experiences that may feel stuck or hard to reach through talk therapy alone, always at a pace that feels safe and supportive.
Couples Therapy
$180
Couples therapy offers a supportive space for partners to slow down, understand one another more deeply, and work through challenges together. We focus on communication, patterns in the relationship, and the underlying needs and emotions that shape them, helping you build greater connection, clarity, and mutual understanding.
