I’m so glad you’re here. This group is a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space for mothers navigating the early postpartum period. Together, we explore the emotional, relational, and identity shifts of new motherhood while building connection and community. You don’t need to do this alone. Spaces are limited.

We will meet at our clinic at 290 King Road in Comox. Bring a yoga mat or a blanket. We will be sitting on the floor, with some seats available for anyone who needs them.
